The entire fifteen-acre estate is booked for your group alone — the pavilion, all five houses, the pool, the sauna, the trails and the fire pit. For the length of your booking it belongs to you.
Everyone stays where you meet
Your team works, eats and stays in the same place, so the conversation does not end when the session does — it carries from the pavilion to the fire pit to the kitchen island, without anyone getting in a car.
A destination, not a conference room
Flathead Lake is out the window. Whitefish Mountain Resort is about 45 minutes away and Glacier National Park about an hour. For a distributed team, that is a reason to actually get on the plane.
Built to function as a venue
This is not a large rental that has to be built out for the week. The gathering space, the power, the connectivity and the grounds are permanent infrastructure.

The Pavilion
3,200 sq ft with panoramic lake views and dimmable lighting, adaptable from a full-group general session to a seated dinner. The tent runs clear-top or fully enclosed white-top with sides, which makes shoulder-season use viable.
The Main House — The Swan
Three levels with a gourmet kitchen, a full bar, a game room and lake-view balconies — where breakout groups end up without being told to.
The Grounds
Heated pool and cabana, hot tub, barrel sauna, fitness room, fire pit, putting green, lawn games and walking trails for the hours between sessions.
Connectivity
Starlink is installed in all five houses and at the venue itself, so a remote-first team is not hunting for signal between calls.

Three ways groups use the estate
Leadership / Executive Retreat
The whole group stays on property. This is the best fit for the estate and the most common booking we take.
Board or Strategy Retreat
Built around privacy and focus, with the pavilion held for working sessions and the houses absorbing everything else.
Company Gathering or Kickoff
The pavilion and grounds scale to a full company day, with your core team on site and additional attendees housed in Whitefish or Kalispell.

Fly in and be working by afternoon
Glacier Park International Airport is 35 minutes from the gate. A team on a morning flight is in the pavilion after lunch.
West Glacier, the west entrance to Glacier National Park, is about an hour out for groups extending the trip, and helicopter arrivals are available through WestSlope Helicopters.
Full-estate buyout
One rate for the whole property — no per-person charge and no shared space. What it comes to depends on the nights you want and the season, so we quote it against your actual dates.
Send the dates and the headcount and we will come back with a written proposal, usually within one business day.
Wellness retreats
The same estate takes yoga, movement and recovery weeks — the pavilion as a floor that stays set, a sauna and hot tub a few steps from it, and nobody else on the property.

Teams eat together here rather than scattering to restaurants. Tell us how you want the days fed and what you want the group doing between sessions, and we will put the people in place.
Private chefs
A private chef can cook for the group in the Swan’s kitchen — one dinner, or every meal for the length of the stay.
Catering on site
Full-service caterers, family-style service or a food truck on the lawn. We keep working relationships with Flathead Valley caterers and can introduce you.
Grazing tables and the bar
Grazing tables, working lunches that do not stop the day, and the built-in bar, already in place and ready to run.
On the lake
Flathead Lake is minutes down the hill, with boating, swimming and sunset cruises when the group needs to be somewhere other than the pavilion.
Helicopter arrivals
Helicopter arrivals and private lake flights are available through WestSlope Helicopters.
The property itself
Heated pool, hot tub, barrel sauna, fitness room, games room, putting green, lawn games and walking trails, a short walk from where you are working.
The Driftwood,
for a larger team
The Overlook houses 28. For a bigger group, The Driftwood can be added alongside it — a 14,000 sq ft lakefront home at Woods Bay, with private lake access, a cove and boat slips.
About twenty minutes around the lake, or a few minutes by air — we can move the group between the two by helicopter with WestSlope. Both estates sit under one booking, so the team stays on the same footing instead of splitting across a hotel block in town.
