The two people who built the place, and the reason it is run the way it is.
We started with rental houses. In 2021 we began hosting guests on Flathead Lake as Flathead Lake Luxury Lodging, and for four years we learned the thing you only learn by doing it — what a group actually needs when they take over a property for a weekend.
The pattern repeated. Guests booked a house for a celebration and then spent the planning months stitching together a venue somewhere else: a tent from one vendor, generators from another, a bar built on site, lighting hung the morning of, and a hard cutoff at ten because of an ordinance nobody mentioned until late.
So in 2025 we built the venue those weekends kept asking for. The pavilion, the tent, the power, the bar, the lighting, the parking — permanent, on the same fifteen acres as the houses, so that the celebration and the place everyone sleeps are finally in the same place.
We keep the calendar deliberately short. One group at a time is not a marketing position; it is the only way the property works.

The people we work with
A venue is only as good as the planners, caterers, florists and photographers who work it. We keep real relationships with a short list of Flathead Valley vendors who know the property, and several extend a partner discount to our couples.
You are never required to book from that list. It exists because it saves people time, not because it earns us a commission.
